All residents of Palazzo West, 6220-6280 W. 3rd st. in Los Angeles have a claim to significant compensation equal to a portion of the rent they have paid due to serious habitability, code, and safety violations at Palazzo West which have already been investigated and cited by the Los Angeles Housing Department. This includes all current residents. Depending on the timeline, it can also include former residents. You may be aware of some of these problems from personal experience and/or from attending some of the recent LA Housing Department's Code Enforcement Hearings about Palazzo West.
